Easy Stuffed Mushrooms:
1 box of button mushrooms
Some Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese
Some Shredded Cheese
A good spirit
You should know I am a lot like Rachel Ray, in that I hate measuring things. Just add it as you see fit, k? You can tell when the balance is right, you don't need a tsp to do that for you.
So take the mushrooms and wash em real good, then when thats done - pop the stems off of them all, so they are perfect little mushroom cap cups - ready to be stuffed.
Take the cream cheese (soft is best) and scoop some into a separate bowl - add the shredded cheese. As much or as little as you would like.
Then, one by one scoop the cream cheese mixture into each mushroom cup - and when it is filled, lay it on some parchment paper on top of a baking sheet.
When they are all filled, pop em into the oven at 425 for at least 5 mins. I kept an eye on mine, and I prefer mine really cooked up.. if you have dogs they will probably be hanging around hoping for food, so now is the time to treat the lil cuties.
So when they look to your satisfaction, take em out - let em cool, put em on a plate, put on game of thrones, and be comforted!!
